ILLUMINA G T (1) is back after a break of four months. Went close to a maiden win before the layoff, finishing third at her latest appearance over 1800m at Kyoto. Has ability and is a solid chance. KATHMANDU GOLD (16) missed the placings two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 2000m at Chukyo, beaten 5 lengths. Has her share of talent. Hard to beat in this suitable race. TRY AND ERROR (15) was unwanted in betting on debut last start but ran a strong race, finishing second and beaten 0.8 lengths over 2000m at Nakayama. Has upside and must be respected.
