A SHIN GEMMA (3) missed the placings two starts back then ran a better race and finished 4.5 lengths away in eighth last time out over 2000m at Chukyo. Yet to miss the placings in two starts over this course and distance. Faces an easier assignment so she will be hard to beat. MEINER ARES (10) returned from a spell four weeks ago when he was beaten 5.5 lengths into 14th over 2200m at Nakayama. Second up record is sound. Strips fitter and can feature. MEINER AURUM (13) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 2400m at Tokyo, beaten 5.5 lengths into seventh. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. ASK MAKE SHARE (4) settled well back last time out then found the line strongly to finish 4.5 lengths away in eighth over 2000m at Fukushima. Must be included.
