BUENOS OPTIMA (3) resumes from a spell of 11 weeks. Looked close to a win before that break, finishing off with a minor placing over 1700m at Fukushima Dirt. Looks the one to beat. CROSS BORDER (1) is back after a break of ten weeks. At the last run before the layoff she finished fourth over 1400m at Kyoto Dirt. Nicely placed and expected to go well. ERDBEERE (10) has started twice, missing the frame on debut then doing a better job to finish second last time, beaten 2 lengths over 1800m at Chukyo Dirt. Has upside and is among the chances again. JAMIL AYN (12) turned in a moderate effort on debut last start when fifth at Kyoto Dirt over 1800m, beaten 4.5 lengths. Not to be discounted.
