ISANA (5) is a four-year-old entire who is having his first run for the Takayuki Hayashi stable. Finished off last campaign with a fifth at Randwick three-and-a-half months ago. Has a very good record over today's journey with three wins from three starts. Yujiro Tanabata who has five wins when partnering stays on. Best form puts him right in this. YAPUSHI (1) missed the placings two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 1600m at this track, beaten 2.25 lengths after being prominent at the bend. Must raise the bar but he has the ability to test this field. CHOMECHOME (2) was comfortably accounted for when fourth last time out over 1500m at Urawa, beaten 4 lengths, after a win at Urawa at the previous outing. In the mix.
