ORO VENTO (9) scored his maiden win here last time out over today's trip, getting the decision by 1.75 lengths. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Shaping up nicely and he is a leading contender. CELERITAS (5) turned in a nice effort to score two runs ago but was safely held last time out when fifth over 1400m at Sonoda. Ideally placed and can play a pivotal role. STEP EYE (8) showed good early pace over 820m at Sonoda last time and kept going to score by 0.8 lengths. Has the class to take this out. BELLMA (1) ran seventh at his latest appearance over 1870m at Sonoda. Has ability and gets a chance to show his best.
