DOGWOOD (5) is close to breaking through after three consecutive placings, the latest coming when second over 1800m at this track. Looks well placed this line-up so expect another big run. MEINER CYMBELINE (7) was last at the races when he finished fifth over 1800m at Tokyo on May 9. Capable of playing a key role despite the gap between runs. GO GO TAKASHI (13) missed the frame last time when fifth at this track. Prior to that had been in the money on three consecutive occasions. Hayato Yoshida stays aboard. Certainly one to consider. GRAND SAISON (4) finished third last time over 1800m at this track when resuming from a spell, beaten 0.6 lengths. Placed to advantage and can feature in the finish.
