Good effort to open last prep when in the money at Tokyo Dirt over 1300m. Can make a winning return. THE BIG MAN (4) did a good job last start to finish third at this track and trip, beaten 0.9 lengths. Hard to beat. TONE MUSUME (12) is back at the races for the first time since November 6. Worth noting she filled a minor placing when returning from a spell last time in work over 1200m at Monbetsu. Lines up today for the first time for trainer Maki Hirayama. Looks a top-three prospect. PURE JASMINE (10) is building towards a win with placings at her last two runs, the latest effort a second at this track and trip when beaten 2 lengths. Has a solid record here. Not to be discounted.
