SAIMON SERENO (6) was beaten just a neck last start and landed her first top-three finish in the process at Niigata Dirt over 1800m. Sure to play a major role again. TAMAMO CHOCO CHIP (5) could only manage sixth two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 1600m at Tokyo Dirt, beaten 4.5 lengths. Likely improver with strong prospects. ELMY (3) has not appeared since she finished sixth over 1400m at Tokyo on May 9. Expected to feature. WILD MULE (1) resumes from a spell of three-and-a-half months. Could only manage to finish fourth at the latest run over 1400m at Chukyo Dirt. Rates highly on best form and should be in the mix.
