VIP DYLAN (5) finished second when resuming last time out over this course and distance, travelling towards the tail before winding up strongly in the dying stages. Form here over this distance is very good with a win and three minor placings from four starts. Well placed and should be in the finish. CORDON BLEU (11) was allowed to drift back from an outside draw last time but found the line strongly to finish fifth, beaten 2.5 lengths, over 1600m at Niigata. Expected to measure up. G T MAN (3) is back at the races for the first time since May 30. Worth noting he filled a minor placing when returning from a spell last prep over 1800m at Kyoto. Definite top-three chance. SARDINE RUN (10) is coming along nicely this prep, scoring by 1.5 lengths last start over 1600m at this track. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run.
