GALLICO (11) is in good form at present. Finished second at his latest appearance over 1720m at Melton, beaten 2.5 metres. Will need an ounce of luck to slot in from this tricky draw. Has the ability to take this out. BRAVE ART (8) settled near the pace before taking the lead and finding plenty only to finish a very close second last start over 2100m at Charlton, adding to her good win at Swan Hill the run before. Good enough to put herself in the winners' stall. IMA TIGGY TIGER (10) comes right into contention after scoring last start by 11 metres at Bendigo over 2150m. YANKEE CAPTAIN (5) is worth another chance after a last-start ninth over 2240m at Swan Hill a week-and-a-half ago.
