OTIS RISING (7) is in good form at present. Finished third at his latest appearance over 1609m at Newcastle, beaten 3.5 metres. Should enjoy a nice smother from this draw and will be looking for a split at some stage. Primary contender based on those recent efforts. TASMANS DELIGHT (9) is racing well with four top-five finishes in succession, the latest effort a third at this track over 1980m. Not drawn to best so may need a 10/10 drive. Meets a comparable field and she can get the job done. SPARKLING SUE (5) is better than her last-start ninth over 1609m at Newcastle. YOU CANNOT HIDE (3) is worth some thought after his last-start fifth over 1609m at this track on February 5.
