RIVEERA (5) was beaten only 1.6m into second two runs back at Mildura then got the win she deserved last start at this venue, coming from the back row and arriving 8 metres ahead of the runner-up. This looks a sterner test than last time but she is building an honest record here and capable of another big performance. GINGER ELLA (6) did a good job to come from the second line for fourth in a Vicbred Super Series consolation last time out, beaten 5.3 metres at Bendigo. Contender. KEAYANG SANTIAGO (2) faded as favourite last start at Melton but the prior form was good including a Geelong win two back so deserves another chance. SOHO PLAYGIRL (10) worked from a similar draw when fourth last time and was a Bendigo winner three back.
