BLACKJACK WHACKO (7) resumes from a spell of seven months having raced just once when edged out by a head as runner-up at Bendigo. Tactics will be crucial from this wide draw but he has been readied with two trials and is likely to run a big race to kick off this campaign. JACQUELYN JOY (11) hasn't raced since March when she found the frame for the first time after six career runs, finishing third at Penrith. No favours expected from this draw but she has been readied with two trials, winning one. IMA TIGGY TIGER (3) draws well and is looming as a real threat after another top-four effort last start, finishing third at Mildura. HEZAFLASHONE (2) raced wide but stuck on for fourth here last time out and draws to advantage.
