WESTERN ARTERRA (9) is in good form with top-five finishes at his last nine starts, most recently recording a second over 2040m at this track. May just need a bit of luck at some point from this difficult draw. Won't find this any harder and he can go right on with the job. RADIANT AMBER (8) has been racing well, filling a top-five position at her last four starts including a third most recently at Albion Park over 1660m. Leading hope in this comparable race. ARKIN WICKED (6) was unplaced two starts ago then things went wrong last start when he broke and finished 30 metres away in seventh over 2138m at Albion Park. Beautifully placed and is able to make amends if he brings his Mitch Manners. NAUTIE GALVINATOR (2) is worth some thought despite his last-start sixth over 2040m at this circuit on December 5. Can bounce back from the low draw.
