HEIDSIECK (2) was very good through the Inter City Pace series at Maitland, winning his heat before working but sticking on for second in the Listed final. Those efforts added to a string of wins and placings and he should get his chance from another good draw. TIME TO DANCE (1) has been racing well at this circuit and distance, kicking off the campaign with back-to-back placings before leading to score by 1.8m last time. Goes up in grade but has the speed to take advantage of the ace draw. BARNSTORMER (5) led and stuck on for fourth last time. Working towards a win so can give a sight again. THE POSTMASTER (3) made an impressive start for the new stable when cruising home by 17 metres at Dubbo. This is stronger but he was first up for a month last time so has scope for improvement. Last-start Goulburn placegetter OBADIAH DRAGON (4) is another rising in class but he came from this barrier to score the last time he raced here last month.
