This is a nice drop in grade so he is set to continue his impressive recent form. SMOKESCREEN (3) didn't do a bad job when fifth over 2200m at this track last time out. MAGIC JOE (9) was out of the money two starts ago then things went wrong last start when he broke and finished a distant last over 2200m at this track. Won't spend a penny from this draw but luck may play a role on the bell lap. Finds a nice race and can make up for that last start mishap.
