TOMMY MACH (1) looks close to a win after back-to-back seconds, the latest from this barrier at Port Pirie. Race fit now and should have no excuses from this advantageous draw. WHATA OPTIMIST (10) didn't do a bad job when he worked from this barrier and finished fourth at Port Pirie last time out.
