RIDDLEMETHIS (3) put together a series of minor placings then raised his game last start at Maryborough, breaking through for a maiden win by 2.2 metres. Overcame a back row barrier there so the good draw could see him go on with it. METRO BLISS (9) came from this row to place last start at Mt Gambier and was a winner there three back. Could measure up in this line up. The recent form of HUXHAM CHUBB (4) may not leap off the page but he may appreciate the return to this circuit having recorded a win and a placing in two previous visits. GUARANTEED TROUBLE (11) broke and raced parked start so was far from disgraced in coming home less than 6 metres from the winner. Tricky draw but has won here before.
