BULLETPROOF KID (4) has been racing well of late. Finished fifth at his latest appearance over 1609m at this track, beaten 5.5 metres. This is a nice drop in grade so he is a major player. KORENGAL VALLEY (7) made a winning return at his latest appearance a week-and-a-half ago, getting home by a nose over 2190m at Maryborough. The driver has some work to do from this wide starting position. Meets a similar line up so he is capable of getting the job done again. THE VILLAIN (2) is worth another chance after a last-start seventh over 1710m at Ballarat a week-and-a-half ago. DAVOLAS LEGACY (9) is next in line but might need a few good breaks from an awkward draw.
