POPPY POPSTAR (5) continued her strong form when third from the back row at this circuit and distance last week, her fourth straight placing since putting two wins together. The return to the front row can see her back in the winner's circle. ALLWATFUNJINGLES (8) drew wider on the this row and did some work but stuck on for fourth last start, beaten 3.4 metres at Kilmore. Up in grade but draws draws to enjoy a nice trail and is proven at this circuit and distance. MACHO MAORI (3) draws better than last start so is worth another chance in what looks a suitable assignment. LOUIEVILLE LASS (4) is another that has had some tricky barriers of late so may show more from this draw.
