MEANT TO BE (5) was brave when he came from wider and chased the Aussie stars for fourth in the TAB Trot at Cambridge last start. Took his record at this circuit and distance to three wins and a placing from four attempts when he took out the G2 Lyell Creek from a wide barrier two back. Big chance. OSCAR BONAVENA (6) wasn't far behind Meant to Be in the TAB Trot and was a close second to him in the Lyell Creek last month. In between those runs he chased multiple G1 winner Gus for third in the Flying Mile. Could be ready to find his way back into the winners' circle. HILLBILLY BLUES (2) has yet to find his best this time in but he'll be race fit now and from the good draw could show what he is capable of. MR LOVE (8) brings good form from Addington including a win two back and has placed in all three attempts at this circuit. Contender.
