Player markets to watch

Austria will likely rely on Arnautović’s threat and positive recent form to help lead the way, which is why he has value as an anytime goalscorer. In fact, as he’ll likely be the focal point, he could be worth better value as the first goalscorer.

He has six goals in his last three games, including four during a 10-0 qualifier against San Marino. The Red Star Belgrade forward, now 37, had seven goals and eight assists for his club across 16 matches, while scoring eight times and providing one in qualification.

Paul Wanner offers creativity to Ralf Rangnick’s side and could be worth value for an assist. The young PSV midfielder is only 20, but he had three goals and two assists for his club this season. He’ll offer good value as he is very inexperienced at international level, with just three caps to his name.

Jordan will be without their leading scorer from World Cup qualifying, Yazan Al-Naimat, which could see their chances of scoring be further limited against a settled and confident Austria team.

Still, captain Musa Al-Taamari offers good value as he has 24 goals in 92 games for his country, while Ali Olwan has 29 in 66 games, including five in his last five, with each of them coming in two games against Oman.
