Melbourne Storm vs Gold Coast Titans Prediction – Round 19 2026

10/07/2026|Joel Caine|NRL Expert Predictions & Tips

The Melbourne Storm will aim to keep pace with the top eight when they host the Gold Coast Titans at AAMI Park on Sunday night. A 30-4 loss to Manly before the bye has Melbourne four points outside of the top eight.

Also coming off the bye, the Titans' last outing was a 30-12 loss to the Bulldogs at home.

Big changes in the squad for Melbourne with Jahrome Hughes, Nick Meaney, Jack Howarth and Manaia Waitere all returning from injury.

Harry Grant, Cameron Munster and Trent Loiero are named to start four days after their Origin III defeat, but Ativalu Lisati, Shawn Blore and Moses Leo are all out for the Storm.

Tino Fa’asuamaleaui and Jojo Fifita are set to back up from Origin for the Titans, while former Storm winger Dean Ieremia has been named to make his club debut. The Storm claimed a 28-16 victory when the sides met last year.

Storm vs Titans Prediction and Betting Tips

Head-to-Head Prediction

The Titans are slowly finding their feet under Josh Hannay but with a newfound halves pairing of young Zane Harrison and Jayden Campbell, plus Keano Kini at the back, they look like they have a winning formula.

That said, it’s pretty clear that Craig Bellamy will be sending traffic at the rookie halfback all day - it may be a long night at the office for Zane Harrison.

And with Jahrome Hughes likely to return to the fold this week alongside the Origin contingent, a result other than a Storm win feels unlikely.

Melbourne have their eyes firmly fixed on a finals charge, and this shapes as another opportunity to tick off a routine two points.

Betting tip: Melbourne Storm.

First Try Scorer Prediction

When the sun goes down, Melbourne lynchpin Cameron Munster seems to come alive against this particular opponent.

He has scored at least one try in seven of his eight previous appearances in night matches against the Gold Coast and what better way to get over his Origin heartbreak than to score the opener here.

Betting tip: Cameron Munster.

Over/Under Prediction

Five of Melbourne's last six home matches have gone over the total match points line.

Betting tip: Over (48.5) total match points.

Line Prediction

Gold Coast has covered the line in each of their last seven matches against Melbourne.

Betting tip: Titans (+10.5) line
