With how the Western Conference standings look at the moment, you'd think that both of these teams were playing as well as each other. However, there's quite a difference when you take a closer look at the stats of the regular-season to this point.

Still, will that have an influential impact on what happens when these two franchises meet? Read on for our Grizzlies vs Warriors betting predictions to see what we think is likely to happen…

Quick Picks

Our pick: GSW to win

Value bet: GSW in the handicap

Long shot: Total points Under 240

Betting Preview

The Grizzlies will come into this contest with an extra day's rest, having faced the Sacramento Kings on Tuesday before coming into this one. GSW will have faced the New Orleans Pelicans on Wednesday in preparation of this upcoming encounter.

Both teams have been banged up as of late in terms of injuries, with scoring powerhouses like Ja Morant and Steph Curry both likely to miss this game, as will many others.

As noted, it's not been the best of seasons for either, although GSW have fared better. The Warriors sit in the final postseason spot in the West, with a Play-in position currently occupied.

They have a winning record heading into this contest, whereas Memphis do not. If you're new to how to bet on the NBA, understanding team form is crucial when making predictions.

The Grizzlies have struggled all year and currently have a losing record. Their road form has been costly, but they've been much better at home.

Ahead of the Kings game, they were 11-15 in Tennessee, compared to 9-18 on the road. In Western Conference play, they were 17-21.

The Warriors (before the Pelicans game) are 11-16 on the road, which is among the main reasons they aren't as high as they would have liked to be at this stage of the regular season.

Still, when playing against teams from the West, they are 20-16, suggesting they enjoy playing Conference games. Both teams will be hoping to secure NBA playoff odds come season's end.

Betting Markets to Watch

GSW have enjoyed themselves in this fixture in the past, having won the last four consecutive head-to-head meetings. That record extends further, going 7-1 over their last eight. When playing in Memphis, they are 2-4 over the last six games.

They met earlier in February in California, with GSW winning the game 114-113. We think there is value in the GSW handicap market as a result, especially given that they have a poor record when in Tennessee.

By extension, we think there's also value in the Big Win Little Win market, with GSW winning by 1-9 points. Of the last seven wins that have been recorded, four have been by a margin of 9 points or fewer.

Our Prediction

Check the latest NBA betting odds at Sportsbet.

We think it is likely that GSW will win this match, based on their strong H2H against Memphis and the stronger NBA regular-season form they have been showing.

With many of the top players likely to be unavailable, we think points will be at a premium, which is why we believe there is value in the long shot bet that the total points will be under 240. For more NBA tips and predictions, check out our dedicated tips section.
