HUNT MASTER (3) raced on the speed from the outset when resuming last start and finished third, beaten 10 lengths, over 1673m at Delaware Park (Dirt). It doesn't get any easier but on his best form he is one of the chief contenders. ESSEX SERPENT (6) is back from a break of four-and-a-half months. Raced below par at his only appearance last prep when fourth over 1408m at Woodbine All Weather. Looks a strong top-three prospect. BAXLEY (5) had been racing well with three consecutive placings before last start managing only seventh over 1308m at Woodbine All Weather.
