MAGIC POWER (3) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 8 lengths when sixth over 1006m at WOODBINE four weeks ago after being in the firing line on the corner. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. RAT PORTAGE (7) was out of the money when resuming from a spell last start over 1207m at this track, beaten 5 lengths. Fitter so expect a better run this time.
