EL NEGRO TOMAS (5) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1100m at this track. Best figures measure up nicely. Sure to run well. FRANK SLADE (4) turned in a fine effort to score by 0.8 lengths at today's track and distance last start in a much improved run. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot repeat the dose.
