WITTENBURG (6) turned in a fine effort to win by 0.3 lengths at today's course and distance last start in a far better run. Finds another suitable race and can go on with the job. EL SALVADOR (7) got the prize two runs ago but was not as effective last time out when ninth over 1100m at this track, beaten 11 lengths. Suitably placed so anticipating a better run this time.
