MAGIC FLAME (4) did a great job to score by 0.8 lengths over this course and distance last start in a far better run. Finds another suitable race and can do it again. ZIM (2) is coming off a last-start sixth, beaten 12 lengths, over 1100m at this track. Has sound form here at this trip with nine wins and 16 minor placings from 51 runs. Has definite claims. SELENZA (9) had been racing well with two consecutive placings before last start managing only fourth over 1100m at this track. Likely to push forward and race on the pace. One of the better hopes.
