TARANIS DUBH (1) has made steady progress on all three starts under rules and shapes as though this step up in trip should suit following a Worcester triumph three weeks ago. Hard to oppose despite the penalty. ST GABRIEL (5) provided a pleasing debut in May at Haydock Park when winning a jumpers flat event on good ground. Scored by 3L and will have been well schooled. Interesting. AFFINITIVE (3) goes hurdling after offering much more at Bangor-on-Dee delivering second start in the spring. Better expected. SEVEN KITES (4) won a point to point and drops in trip wearing a first time visor. Market will be the best guide.
