Placed to advantage so expect a big run. CURLIN'S SONG (3) resumes from a spell of five-and-a-half months. Could only manage to finish seventh at the latest run over 1308m at Emerald Downs (Dirt). Nicely placed and can get off the mark. SWEET BETH (1) is a five-start maiden who returned last time and finished fourth at this track (Dirt) over 1006m, beaten 7 lengths. Definite top-three hope with plenty of improvement to come.
