VERDI (5) is still a maiden after nine starts. Could only manage to finish seventh last time out over 1509m at this track (Turf) following a minor placing at this track (Turf) when fresh from a spell the run prior. This looks his chance to break through. DJOSER (6) missed the placings two runs back then improved last start but found one better over 1509m at this track, beaten only half a length after being in the firing line on the turn. Likely improver with strong prospects. KAZAMATAZ (1) ran on strongly but just failed to pick up the winner when first-up last start over 1106m at this track (Dirt). Will strip a lot fitter this time around. In the right race and is sure to prove hard to beat. JIMMY B (2) finished second over 1207m at Prairie Meadows (Dirt) at his most recent appearance on August 18. Looks a strong top-three prospect.
