Hasn't trialled publicly but is in a nice race. Expected to go close. WHISKEY WES (6) has found the frame at both starts this prep, the latest when second over 302m at this track (Dirt). Has a solid record at the third run in so he is among the winning hopes. SHINY NOVA (2) turned in a fine effort to score by 0.3 lengths at this course and distance last start in a nice progression on the first-up performance. Nicely placed to play a pivotal role. PRIZEFIGHTER V (11) strode forward early from his wide draw over 320m at this track (Dirt) when fresh from a spell last time, leading for much of the way before being claimed in the straight to finish second, beaten 0.3 lengths. Can feature in the finish.
