FIT TO FIRE (2) was well fancied when resuming but found one better at this track (Dirt), finishing 1.3 lengths adrift at the end of 1207m. Looks well placed stepping out in trip. Expected to go very well. PAXTON (4) ran on well to get up for third at his latest appearance at this track (Dirt) over 1207m. Good signs last time and can feature in the finish. HOMER JONES (9) returns from a spell of three-and-a-half months and is having his first run for a new yard. Finished fourth at Laurel (Turf) over 1609m when first-up last time in work. Can measure up at the first run for a new barn. BOBBY BOB (6) was beaten 12 lengths into ninth over 1207m at this track nine days ago. Better than recent efforts suggest.
