BRAVEN (2) is a four-year-old gelding who is having his first run for the Edwin A Martinez stable. Hasn't raced since finishing seventh at Will Rogers Downs (Dirt) five months ago. Hasn't trialled publicly but looks nicely placed. Can make an immediate impact. CALI ANN TE (10) last appeared when successful by 0.3 lengths over 320m at Zia Park (Dirt) ten weeks ago, the only time she went to the races last prep. Sure to make her presence felt. WM RUSHMORE (12) doesn't win out of turn but ran a nice race when resuming from a spell last time out over 274m at Turf Paradise (Dirt), finishing second and beaten 0.8 lengths after being in the firing line on the turn. Finds a tougher race but a win is not out of the question. CAFAYATE (4) turned in a nice run when fresh from a spell two starts back at Zia Park then missed the placings last time when 4 lengths from the winner in fifth over 366m at this track (Dirt). Fitter so don't underestimate.
