Will give a great sight. AMERICAN EMPIRE (1) is a six-year-old gelding who is having his first run for the Justin R Evans barn. Finished off last campaign with a sixth at Santa Anita (Dirt) four months ago. Not seen at the trials but is in a nice race. Definite winning chance. GRIFTER (5) improved last start to finish third over 1609m at this track. Will enjoy a drop in class so he is likely to play a big role. JETFIRE (3) failed to threaten when fresh from a spell last time out, beaten 11 lengths into ninth over 1308m at this track (Dirt). Backmarker who gets home hard. Deserves respect on best figures.
