CHASING TIME (5) was gelded before his debut at Wolverhampton and despite hanging in the closing stages ran out a comfortable winner. Open to progress and could go well. BIRGHAM DUB (4) gained a narrow triumph at Haydock Park in July. Missed an engagement at Newmarket a week ago. Looks an interesting contender. KENNETH (2) proved keen but not disgraced on debut at Newbury a year ago finishing behind an impressive winner. Gelded now and might improve sharply. FLORENTINE LAW (6) was slowly away and seemed in need of a step up in trip after finishing fourth at Yarmouth on debut. Will be one for further down the line.
