CLEVER KID (10) made an encouraging debut last time out, finishing 4 lengths from the winner in second over 1400m at Greyville. Can open winning account this time. UNITED TIDES (6) was out of the money first-up but has progressed nicely since, last start finishing third at this track over 1600m. Likely improver with strong prospects. JOY N HOPE (3) was responsible for a better run last start, beaten 1.75 lengths into fourth over 1200m at this track. Better than recent efforts suggest.
