DAY TWO (1) ran on strongly only to just miss last start over 2400m at this track. Nicely placed to take this out. QUICKSMART (4) finished third, beaten 4.5 lengths, when resuming from a spell last start over 1400m at this track after he worked home well. Nicely placed to take this out. SPANISH FEUD (3) missed the placings two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 1800m at Greyville All Weather, beaten 7 lengths. Going up a level this time but she is good enough to play a major role. FIRE FORCE (5) is a 30-start maiden but does look to be edging towards a win, the latest effort an encouraging third at this track over 2400m after he worked home well. Ideally placed to break the ice.
