MASTER MAGICIAN (8) impressed when successful as favourite on debut over 1000m at this track six weeks ago. Sure to be further improved and can make it back-to-back wins. SPIRIT OF GABZ (3) was a determined maiden winner last time out, scoring by a nose over 1000m at Turffontein Standside. Has upside and and he is definitely worth following up. BETTER NEVER ENDS (6) missed the frame on debut then progressed nicely at his second outing, finishing 3.5 lengths from the winner in second here. Has upside and change of rider. Doesn't have to improve much to feature. JAPURA (4) fought on for third last start over 1000m at this track, beaten 4 lengths to add to some fine recent form. Well placed and there is no reason she cannot find winning ways.
