TIMIA (5) closed last campaign with seven consecutive minor placings and is back today after a break of ten weeks. Has a high cruising speed. Best form puts her right in this. OUR PREFERRED PAL (6) is usually thereabouts but finds it hard to win, with only one victory from 17 starts. Was again denied last start when she found one better over 1609m at this track. Best figures measure up nicely. Makes plenty of appeal. FURRY FOX (1) did a great job to score by 1.5 lengths over today's course and distance when first-up from a break last time out. Needs to be at her best to beat this field but she can win again. BOUQUETRY (2) is coming along nicely this prep, scoring by 1.75 lengths last start over 1207m at this track (Dirt). Looks well placed so expect another big run.
