KING OF THE FIELD (6) is in excellent form and looked far too good again when prevailing over 1300m here to make it back-to-back victories. Will take plenty of beating. ASILSIMA (5) has been thereabouts in recent starts with a string of placings and another honest second at this venue last time. This looks a suitable chance to go one better. MY ARES (1) can be forgiven the latest defeat contesting 1400m given he had won his previous two starts. He has the early pace to hold a prominent position and is expected to be competitive. METE KOC BEY (4) was disappointing most recently but his course-and-distance record is solid and a sharper showing would not surprise.
