This G2 field might not be of the standard reached in recent years. BLOW YOUR WAD (2) ran with credit when fourth at the Cheltenham Festival and won well at Chepstow three weeks ago. Still improving and rates highly. Spring and Summer specialist MATTERHORN (6) returned from an absence producing a solid effort at Plumpton during the Easter weekend. Should relish this jumping test. DOYEN QUEST (3) has taken to fences well. Disappointed in the G1 Mildmay Novices Chase at Aintree a fortnight ago and needs to jump better. ETALON (4) responded favourably to cheekpieces and is much better going right handed. Not without a chance.
