IL GOUVERNEUR (7) was impressive last time over 1600m at this track, scoring by 6 lengths. Has never been out of the money in four starts here, including a win. Expected to run well. HIERATIC (4) returned from a spell four weeks ago when he finished seventh over 1600m at this track. Fitter so can figure in the finish.
