MISILERO (3) broke through for his maiden win over 1000m at Palermo last time. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Looks well placed and he looks sure to be in the mix. SIXTIES PEN (5) hit the frame two starts ago at this track but ran below par last time when sixth and beaten 17 lengths over 1000m at Palermo. Finds a more suitable contest and can turn things around. LAGO MASCARDI (1) brings the right form to this race after taking out a 1100m contest at this track last time out by 1.5 lengths. Has sound form here including a win and two minor placings from three starts. Can give this a shake.
