MOUNTBATTEN (3) now wears a first time set of blinkers after being a disappointing favourite at Yarmouth three weeks ago. Worth another chance on the basis that he will improve from that first start on turf. FAIR DINKUM (2) steps back up in trip after a couple of goes back down at 2400m. Needs to improve from the latest start here but should be capable of much better. CURRAN (1) won at Bath over this trip in June but has struggled in two starts since. Weighted to go much better this time around and Oisin Murphy is a positive booking. BLUE SIAM (5) has looked limited on the flat and is best watched.
