SAUDI ACT (1) turned in a fine effort to score by 2.25 lengths at today's course and distance last start in a nice progression on the first-up performance. Looks well placed so expect another big run. FAYEZER ALSAUDIA (7) closed last prep 11 months ago when he finished fifth over 1800m at this track. Among the leading chances. SAIF NAJD (11) returned from a spell three weeks ago when he was beaten 7 lengths into fifth over 1600m at this track. It doesn't get any easier but with added fitness he is one of the chief contenders. NAHAR ALSHADAID (19) is back after a break of 13 months. Went close to a maiden win before the layoff, finishing third at his latest appearance over 1200m at this track. Has ability so don't underestimate.
