GLOBALIST (8) got well back over 1509m at Churchill Downs (Dirt) last time and never threatened, eventually finishing 7 lengths away in seventh. Has the class to take care of this field. KOCHAN (1) is close to a win after a string of minor placings, the latest when third over 1609m at this track (Dirt) when he was handy all the way. It doesn't get any easier but on his best form he is capable of a big performance. REMIX (6) was well in the market on debut last time out and ran well but found a couple better over 1006m at Zia Park (Dirt). Improver with a solid top-three chance. VERACRUZ (7) is a five-year-old gelding who is having his first run for the Stetson Rushton yard. Hasn't raced since finishing eighth at Del Mar (Dirt) four-and-a-half months ago. Not seen at the trials but is in a nice race. One of the main chances.
