LA ARTISTA (6) was leading on the turn and fought on to finish third over 1673m at this track (Synthetic) at her latest appearance. Form here at this trip is sound. Another bold showing is expected. BORDER CONTROL (4) did a great job to score by 0.3 lengths over today's course and distance last start to maintain her good form of late. Worth noting Gaddiel A Martinez goes aboard. Looks well placed so expect another big run. TIGER DIVISION (2) scored at this track (Synthetic) last time out with 2.5 lengths in reserve at the end of 1308m. Has a fair record at this track with a win and three placings. Should be poised just off the lead. Capable of testing this field. VALIANT ENYA (1) booted up from the inside draw to sit on the speed last start then went on to register a determined win by 0.3 lengths at Mountaineer Park Turf (Turf) over 1609m. Reunites with Mike Allen who has two wins from six rides. Worth including in calculations.
