ALCOHOL (5) finished last campaign with a couple of minor placings, the latest over 1710m at Tampa Bay Downs Turf nine weeks ago. Has the pace to be in a prominent position from the outset. Expecting a bold showing. TARTARIA (6) finished out of the money two starts back then she got a long way back and was beaten 1.75 lengths when fifth over 1106m at this track three weeks ago. This is a nice drop in grade so she is one of the main contenders. CHAINSAW CITY (2) was far from disgraced when sixth last start over 1609m at Turf Paradise Turf, beaten 1.75 lengths after she worked home in good style. That followed a win at Turf Paradise the start prior. Finds a tougher race but she has the talent to test this line-up. WHISKEY DRINKER (1) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1673m at this track, beaten 11 lengths into eighth. Best efforts measure up so worth another chance.
